My Story
Why I film weddings
I've always loved being creative in every way I can, through photo, through video and through the stories they tell. Filmmaking is where all of that comes together for me, and nothing feels more meaningful than pointing my camera at a wedding day.
Your wedding day happens once. It can't be repeated, and every moment of it matters: the quiet glances, the happy tears, the people you love all in one place. I take real pride in preserving those moments and handing you a keepsake you'll cherish for years to come.
Ember & Ivory is named for the two things I chase on every wedding day: the warm, glowing ember light of golden hour, and the ivory of a timeless, classic story that never goes out of style.
When I'm not filming, you'll usually find me traveling, exploring somewhere new and finding fresh ways to get creative with a camera.

On your wedding day
You'll barely notice I'm there, but you'll be so glad I was.
A calm presence
Wedding mornings can be a whirlwind. I bring steady, unhurried energy and I'm always happy to help with a bustle or a boutonnière.
Documentary first
Most of your film is captured as it happens. When we do step away for portraits, it's quick, relaxed and full of real laughter.
Clear audio, always
Vows, toasts and letters are recorded with dedicated microphones, so every word you say makes it into the film.
Where I Film
Rooted in the Carolinas
Based in Spartanburg, I film weddings across North and South Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee, from a mountaintop summit in Jefferson and a cliffside chapel in Landrum to a waterfront hotel in Beaufort and a manor in Wilmington.
